Content on this site, including the calculators, loan matcher and explainers, is general information and not financial, legal or tax advice. Results are estimates based on what you enter and do not include every cost of a loan. Nothing here is a commitment to lend, a loan approval or a rate lock.

Loan availability

Loans are brokered through HP Mortgage LLC and are subject to credit, income, property and underwriting approval by the lender. Programs, terms and availability can change without notice. Services are offered only for property located in California.

Your submissions

When you send a form, book a call or sign up for email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the phone number and email you provide. How I handle that information is covered in the privacy policy.

Limits of liability

• Not required: consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan.
